Robert Leone, Chief Executive Officer

Robert began his career in the insurance and financial services industry in 1995 after graduating from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After a few years of working as a Prudential Financial advisor, Robert joined his long-time friend Gus Gotsis to open their own independent insurance agency. They wanted to establish a business that could be of value to their customers, one that could grow and adapt to meet the ever-changing needs of their clients. They wanted an agency that could offer products from a variety of different companies.

As their business expanded and clientele grew, they joined with fellow alumnus Paul O’Grady to form the Accurate Advisory Group. With a new partner and additional staff added, Accurate Advisory group was equipped to offer expertise in all areas of wealth management, estate planning, insurance, retirement, investing and more.

As CEO of Accurate Advisory Group, Robert’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including marketing, compliance, sales and research; but his true passion is customer relations. Robert speaks with clients on a daily basis and is always striving to help educate and empower them so they can enjoy retirement free from concerns.
